The All Points West Festival is a 3-day festival in Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ - just over the water from New York City, NY. Radiohead will headline both the Friday (8th) and Saturday (9th) days.
Please see the website for more information.
To reach the site, you can take the ferry or ride the Light Rail, but the most scenic route is along the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. Biking along this route leads you past many landmarks, such as the LeFrak lighthouse, Marina Park, and the old Hudson & Manhattan Railroad Powerhouse.

The ferry will be leaving from Pier 11 in southern Manhattan beginning at noon, and will be ferrying people to and from the festival all day. At the end of the day, the ferry will bring attendees back to Pier 11, and will continue until everyone has left the grounds. Ferry tickets are available from Ticketmaster and all tickets are round trip. Tickets are $20 in advance through ticketmaster, $25 the week of the show, and $30 if purchased at the ferry box office on the day of the show. Individual tickets must be purchased for each day.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUMMARY
All Points West is a 3-day festival in Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ. It is directly across the water from downtown Manhattan, New York City.
Parking:
There was no general parking at All Points West. A very limited number of carpool only passes were sold, but the majority of the audience either took the ferry from Manhattan or combined walking & NJ Light Rail.
Energy:
The venue electricity was supplied by generators running a mix of diesel and biodiesel.
Recycling:
The venue had a single stream recycling program that was later sorted. They attempted to pair each garbage can in the audience area with a corrugated recycle bin.
Catering:
Caterers provided washable plates and cutlery for all meals in artist and artist crew catering. Water coolers were provided throughout backstage for use with our refillable water bottles.
Concessions:
The festival featured a trash store where audience members could "buy" merch and other goods with the recycles that they collected and returned to the store.
Other green initiatives/issues:
Since the festival was a temporary setup on a greenfield site, the venue had no showers and limited infrastructure. There were water fountains throughout the site for refilling audience water bottles.
Many thanks to Neil Jacobson and Kyle Casey for all their help with the shows.
