ENVIRONMENTAL SUMMARY
Wuhlheide is park located 15 km / 10 miles from the city centre of Berlin. The price of the concert ticket included free travel on the Berlin public transport system from two hours before doors until 3AM.
Parking:
There was no official car park associated with this gig. Neighborhood spaces were very limited and required a long walk to the venue entrance. Though some audience members used the bicycle parking area, most took advantage of the public transport links instead.
Energy:
All stage power was run from the venue main electrical supply.
Recycling:
The promoter setup glass, plastic, paper and organic recycling for the backstage and catering area.
Catering:
Caterers provided washable plates, cutlery, and reusable mugs for all meals. As with almost all of our shows, water coolers were provided for use with our refillable water bottles.
Other green initiatives/issues:
All audience cups were reusable.
Thanks to Hartmut Ender, Jäki Hildisch, and everyone at MCT.
